Linda Krolop, Attorney, CEO and Owner of ER and Associates LLC, brings her combined 35 years’ experience in business operations, leadership, marketing, and intellectual property law. Linda was the sole source and owner of a diet product which she had manufactured in a lab and marketed through a direct mail marketing program which she developed and used for distribution of other products including vitamins, skincare and cosmetics where she used a drop shipping company. Practicing her knowledge of business development, we have established a strategy to help patient comfort level by reducing pain and inflammation and to help people with Neuropathy to get on the path of regeneration of their nerves by utilizing various modalities including but not limited to vitamins, a pain relief cream, EMS Frequency pads, a red-light therapy sock, and an instructional book. Another company strategy is to reduce medical drug consumption by reducing inflammation and pain.

The Neuropathy Research Team Director of Operations is Leonard Martinez with over 35 years of Business experience with an EE-98 Electrical Degree and License, GB-98 Contractor’s License, and Environmental Abatement Supervisor License. Mr. Martinez has worked over 20 years as a Project Manager for Department of Defense Projects, Department of Energy contracts, he has received a US Corp of Engineers Project Management #784 qualification. Leonard has been an Honorary Commander for 58 Special Operations at Kirtland Airforce Base with a background of project development for government contracting. We welcome him as our Director of Operations with 35 years of management skills.
