Refund policy

We stand behind our products and proudly offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Neuropathy Research Team purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase. Our guarantee ensures that you can try our products risk-free!  If you aren’t completely satisfied, just send back the bottles, jars, or other items (even if they’re empty) for a full refund of your purchase price minus shipping.

Be sure to retain your bottles/jars, and other products as they must be returned to receive a complete refund. Please note your guarantee comes into effect on the day your product is shipped from our fulfillment center and expires 90 days after the purchase date.

While we will always do our best to help when a product is not the right fit, not every order is eligible for return. We believe our return policy is generous, and if we feel that misuse of this policy is taking place, we are not obligated to process a return. 

Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. Some refund requests may be charged a $5 processing fee which will be deducted from your total refund.

Please note that items returned without prior contact with The Neuropathy Research  Customer Experience Team, or packages “Returned to Sender”,  may not be properly identified, which can either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to an improper address, or returns that are lost in transit, may not be eligible for return. If you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, you will not be refunded.

Items returned to us after 90 days of the initial purchase date and/or without contacting The Neuropathy Research Team prior to the return, will not be refunded. 

Our Customer Experience Team would be happy to help you with any order issues and assist with a return to the best of their ability. Some returns may be eligible for a prepaid return label or UPS pickup. Should you send items back to our warehouse at your own expense, we cannot reimburse the cost. All returns should be made within the customer account login.
